Appointment of service provider to provide five(5) Mobile Panel Van Based X-Ray clinic for the SA National Department of Health Global fund TB/HIV Program
The National Department of Health (NDoH) is one of the Principal Recipients (PRs) appointed to implement Global Fund grant for South Africa from 2019 to 31st March 2022. Therefore, the NDoH through its Sub Recipient (SR) requires the services of a supplier who can supply Mobile Panel Van Based X-Ray clinic for implementation of TB services in the country. Currently, the SRs operate in these implementation districts namely, Ugu, Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg, BCM and KCD. The selected supplier will be expected to supply Mobile Panel Van Based X-Ray clinic in these districts, X-Ray interpretive and reporting software, and provide timely support services when required. The National Department of Health (NDOH) has appointed AQUITY Innovations NPC, one of its SRs to issue the tender on behalf of the grant. All communication in this regard will be handled by AQUITY together with the appointed Tender Evaluation Committee.

All applicants are encouraged to review these to inform their applications.
Due to the lockdown regulations, there will be no Physical Tender briefing, however a virtual briefing session will be arranged. All suppliers interested in attending this briefing should register their interest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by the 27/07/2021, 16h00. Instructions for the virtual connection will be communicated via return email in time for the meeting. Please mark the email with subject “REGISTRATION TO ATTEND VIRTUAL MEETING”.
Lastly, all submissions must be emailed to email@example.com by no later than the closing date and time stipulated above. All late submissions will be rejected and will not be accepted.
