APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE FIFTEEN (15) 6M CONTAINERS BASED CLINIC WITH 2 ROOMS (1. X-RAY ROOM WITH RADIOGRAPHER CONTROL PANEL, 2. STORAGE ROOM) for SA National Department of Health Global Fund TB/HIV Program
The National Department of Health (NDoH) is one of the four Principal Recipients (PRs) appointed to implement Global Fund TB/HIV programmes from the 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2022. Therefore, the NDoH through its Sub Recipient (SR) requires the services of a supplier who can supply mobile X-Ray Containers for implementation of TB services in the country. Currently, the SRs’ operate in 6 districts of implementation namely, Cape Town, Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg, OR Tambo, eThekwini and Ehlanzeni. The selected supplier will be expected to supply X-Ray Containers in these districts and provide timely support services when required. The National Department of Health (NDOH) has appointed AQUITY Innovations NPC, one of its SR’s to issue the tender on behalf of the grant. All communication in this regard will be handled by AQUITY together with the appointed Tender Evaluation Committee.

Additional Information
Further to advert issued on the 10th of April 2020, AQUITY wishes to advise prospective suppliers that additional Detailed Technical Specifications have been made available, together with the Terms of Reference on the link above. These are critical for application purposes. All applicants are encouraged to review these to inform their applications.
Due to the lockdown extension, the tender briefing initially planned for the 21st of April 2020 will no longer be conducted at AQUITY offices. A virtual platform will be notified. All suppliers interested in attending the same should register their interest by emailing info@aquity.org by the of 20th April 2020, 11:00hrs. Instructions for the virtual connection will be communicated via return email in time for the meeting. Please mark the email with subject “REGISTRATION TO ATTEND VIRTUAL MEETING”.
Lastly, all submissions must be made to the following email address, tenders@aquity.org by the above stipulated deadline. All emails should not exceed 10mb. Should you require to send attachments separately, please mark your emails accordingly. For example, Email 1 of 4, Email 2 of 4 etc. Each submission email must have the above Tender reference number quoted on the subject.
